We would like you to enjoy the 'food you truly want to eat.' A variety of appetizers, as well as vegetables and fresh fish, will be brought to your table. You can choose your preferred appetizers in a prefix style. After selecting seasonal vegetables and fresh fish, we can prepare them using the recommended cooking method of the day (such as salad, carpaccio, or sautéed fresh fish).

We offer five types of handmade pasta at all times, as well as rare regional Italian pasta dishes. You can enjoy them combined with your favorite pasta sauce. You can choose from our recommended original sauces of the day (several types) or we can create a sauce tailored to your mood.

We offer a selection of top-grade ingredients from Japan and abroad, including black wagyu fillet, ichibo, and Mie Prefecture's Iga pork. From classic steaks to cutlets, and for fish, dishes like acqua pazza, you can choose the main cooking method as you wish. We provide not only various cuts but also a wide range of meats. (Feel free to request just steak, cutlets, or other options.)
