In a comfortably sized restaurant, you can enjoy yakitori at a leisurely pace. When you order Aomori Shamorokku, Himekko jidori, and Hachikin jidori, you can distinctly feel the unique textures and flavors. Each skewer is larger than average and full of meat juice, with the thigh and negima particularly satisfying. The tsukune with egg yolk and rare cuts are cooked thoroughly, and the flavor deepens with each bite. The grilled vegetables are aromatic, and the garlic sprouts and asparagus are very delicious. The liver mousse is easy to eat when paired with jam, and the attentive service was also pleasant.
