There is a counter and private rooms, allowing you to spend time in a calm Japanese atmosphere. You can choose from omakase or a la carte, enjoying it based on your mood for the day. The sashimi platter featured very fresh flatfish, horse mackerel, octopus from Kanmon, scallops, red meat of bluefin tuna, Spanish mackerel, and sea urchin. The fugu sashimi with daidai citrus ponzu had a wonderful aroma, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. The grilled dishes, simmered dishes, tempura, and nigiri are all made with care, reflecting a straightforward dedication to their craft. The balance of soy sauce and wasabi is also just right, which explains why many people come from afar.
