This is a Western-style restaurant located close to Nagaoka Station. The Western-style katsudon has a taste that strongly reflects the inherited recipe. The family sauce has a mild sweetness and thickness, with a pleasant hint of acidity. The demi-glace has a slight bitterness that works well, making the contrast between the two sauces enjoyable.
