It pairs well with dishes made from fresh vegetables and seafood, as well as general Japanese cuisine. It is bottled in a uniquely shaped bottle, and the central cross pattern is also the emblem of this region.

Hojicha is a beverage that pairs well with tempura. This hojicha is blended and roasted based on my perspective to make it even more suitable for tempura. (Shizuoka Prefecture Yabukita / Stem Tea / Bancha) *You can choose hot or cold. The hot hojicha is roasted and brewed for each order, so it will take some time. The cold hojicha is prepared in advance, so it can be served relatively quickly.
