Tsukushi Akashi Honten

Tsukushi Akashi's menu consists mainly of okonomiyaki and teppan Akashiyaki, which are cooked on a teppan. Especially recommended is the "Suji-iri Okonomiyaki" made with slow-cooked suji meat and konjak, characterized by its fluffy batter and rich flavor.
