Two kinds of sashimi of Awami chicken Tomo Tataki
Tono Chicken's signature "Torisuki" is prepared with a special sauce made with mellow red wine. The melt-in-your-mouth chicken flavor is gently enveloped by the refreshing acidity of the homemade Yuzupon. The dish is rich, yet leaves a surprisingly refreshing aftertaste.
