Kawa no Ie is a yakiniku specialty restaurant where you can enjoy various cuts of Wagyu beef. Notably, it features rare cuts such as black tongue from Shiga and harami from the Japanese brown cattle, which will astonish you with their flavor. The homemade sauces are diverse, allowing you to enjoy a range of tastes from sweet to spicy. In addition to yakiniku, the restaurant also serves exquisite horse sashimi and stewed dishes, offering a wide variety of menu options to delight your palate.

The various cuts of Wagyu lined up in the showcase are very appealing. The staff will slice them thin or thick according to your preference, so you can choose with confidence. When grilled at home using a shichirin, the beef tongue and skirt steak release savory juices, spreading rich umami flavors. The lightly seared cheek meat is tender and lean, making you feel happy with every bite. The soup made from slowly simmered tail has a deep richness and pairs perfectly with the grilled meat. Each cut is mild and easy to eat, leaving me completely satisfied every time.
