First, please warm your stomach with the soup before enjoying drinks and dishes. We offer appetizers (hassun) that include the soup. We also accept orders for the omakase skewers.
Our grilled chicken is basically served as omakase. If you have any dislikes, please feel free to let us know. Each skewer is carefully grilled, so it takes some time to serve. If you have preferences for the grilling level, salt, sauce, etc., please feel free to let us know. We also accept additional and a la carte orders for 5 or 7 skewers.

In the past, Kumamoto raised one of the largest chickens in our country called 'Amakusa Daisuke', which was highly valued for its deliciousness and meat quality. However, due to its low egg-laying rate and the spread of imported breeds for dual-purpose use, it unfortunately became extinct in the early Showa period. Since then, the voices wishing for its restoration have never ceased, and after a long period of 10 years, we have finally achieved the restoration of the largest phantom chicken in the country, 'Amakusa Daisuke'. True to its name 'Daisuke', the male is characterized by its impressive stature, standing 90 cm tall and weighing about 7 kg. It has been restored after half a century. The characteristics include meat that has no odor, a large quantity, and rich fat. There are seven chicken farms for Amakusa Daisuke in Kumamoto, and only one of these farms raises them with hydrogen water to reduce stress. Please enjoy the phantom chicken Hydrogen Chicken.
