The interior is clean and offers a spacious atmosphere where the calmness of Japanese style blends harmoniously with Western essence. It is run by a couple, and the gentle attentiveness of the proprietress is comforting. The chef, with his long hair tied back, showcases his skills, and the variety of dishes is exciting. The cold somen served as an appetizer has a delicious broth flavor that makes you want to drink the dipping sauce. The taro is melt-in-your-mouth soft, with a pleasant refined sweetness. The agedashi tofu has a light texture, and the gentle sweetness and subtle acidity of the dipping sauce pair well, while the roast beef is cooked perfectly and the sauce is excellent.
