A hidden gem for exquisite chicken dishes

Sumiyaki Sakaba Gaku is located a bit away from the station, which enhances its charm as a hidden spot. The fresh and odorless chicken dishes are exceptional, and the unique taste of the rare nanban is particularly captivating for many visitors. With a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and yakitori and snacks that pair well with them, each visit offers new discoveries. The clean and inviting interior, along with the friendly service, also contribute to the appeal for those who come to dine.

When I parted from my friends and decided to have a few more drinks by myself, this restaurant appeared in front of me. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was so stylish that it made me think it used to be a café or Italian restaurant. We toasted with chicken skin ponzu. We were given a selection of some recommended skewers, which were reasonably priced at less than 200 yen, so we could easily order them. I especially enjoyed the Negima. The restaurant was not that crowded and clean. I would like to try dishes other than skewers again.
