If you are not sure what to order, this is the place to start. You can enjoy everything from popular skewers to desserts to finish off your meal.
This course is a combination of the best of Hakata and Hachibei, offering everything from sesame mackerel (sesame kanpachi), a Hakata staple, to specially selected skewers of a higher grade.

We marinated a whole bone-in thigh of fresh domestic chicken in our unique spices and slow-cooked it to perfection. Enjoy it hot and hearty. *Please allow about 15 minutes for preparation.

A dish inspired by the renowned skewer restaurant, Rokukakuto. The chef travels every week from Hakata by Shinkansen to recreate this bean croquette with permission.
Wrapped with Wagyu belly meat, spring greens, and enoki mushrooms. Served with sukiyaki sauce.
A plate-like experience with just one skewer. The octopus at the end of the skewer adds a nice accent.
Marinated Wagyu flank for a night, resulting in a juicy flavor!
The Wagyu tail is simmered slowly for 4 to 5 hours until tender, then grilled with a hint of black pepper. The finishing touch is a drizzle of vinegar sauce, the Hachibei style!
Pour hot dashi over the hearty sesame mackerel (or sesame amberjack) and it's great to share at the end! *Sashimi will be served separately.
