1. White Leeks and Pork: Filled with Chinese miso, these are juicy authentic Chinese pork buns. 2. Pickled Mustard Greens and Pork: A flavorful pork bun made with pickled cabbage from Northeast China, vermicelli, and pork.
A bun made from fermented dough that we made ourselves, filled with carefully simmered chunks of braised pork, incredibly fragrant, and extremely satisfying in one bite!!
A popular Chinese rice noodle dish served with a light chicken broth and topped with homemade meat miso. It is recommended to add a little Chinese Sichuan pepper oil. Toppings include pig's trotters, lamb, beef, and spam.
The ingredients include vermicelli, shimeji mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, yuba, bean sprouts, two types of vegetables, quail eggs, and frozen tofu. It is based on chicken broth, topped with homemade chili oil and Sichuan pepper oil, creating a unique flavor that you must try. You can choose the spiciness level: mild, regular, or extra. The regular spiciness is about level 6 or 7 of soup curry, or roughly equivalent to very spicy, so please be cautious.
Every day, one or two side dishes are served over rice, making it a Chinese rice bowl. The flavors include stir-fried beef with bell peppers, tomato and egg stir-fry, chicken and potato stew, and braised pork, which change daily. You can look forward to it every day. It is available in limited quantities starting from lunch.
