There is a kitchen in the center, surrounded by a curved counter, creating a calm atmosphere. The staff is attentive, allowing you to relax and enjoy your meal. The red snapper carpaccio is fresh, and you can really taste its umami. The salmon gravlax is a delightful combination of avocado and crepes, highlighting the richness of the fat. The homemade tagliolini pairs well with small clams and bottarga, creating a pleasant layering of flavors. The dessert, a sorbet of melon, vanilla, and new tea, is refreshing and beautifully presented.
