Using a higher quality cut of beef tongue, it is seasoned with a punchy and spicy flavor that is carefully crafted, along with freshly chopped green onions.
Similar to the traditional Negi Tan Shio, the kalbi is seasoned with just the right amount of salt and pepper, and topped with coarsely chopped green onions.
The classic karubi is rich in fat and is juicy meat.
