Saiwaicho Maruka offers flavorful soba made from carefully stone-ground homemade buckwheat flour. In autumn, the owner personally kneads the carefully selected whole buckwheat sourced from local farms, allowing you to enjoy the best texture. The duck soba, in particular, is a superb dish with its rich dipping sauce that perfectly complements the flavor and texture.
