Using Jeju pork bones simmered for over 12 hours, we prepare the food with great care from early morning, resulting in a deep and rich flavor. The noodles are made using gardenia juice, which is also very beneficial for health.
Using gardenia juice to make the noodles is healthy, and the sweet and sour sauce enhances the flavor. The anchovy broth served with Bibim Guksu is available for unlimited refills.
