You can relax and enjoy at the counter, and the conversations with the craftsmen are pleasant. I heard they source whole tuna, and you can really feel the aroma and flavor of the red meat and medium fatty tuna. All the toppings are fresh, and the cuts are substantial, providing a sense of satisfaction. There are creative flavor combinations that match the white fish, red meat, and shining fish, allowing each ingredient's unique taste to shine. The miso soup with shrimp dashi is also very good. The cheerful service from the proprietress and her attentive work were evident, and I appreciated the thoughtfulness in the dessert.
