The tongue or thick slice of tongue was crispy yet tender and tasty even when quite rare. The fillet was the best in terms of leanness and tenderness, while still being fresh. The top ribs are very tender, but the sizzling flavor is wonderful. I think that the top harami was also delicious. There seems to be an exhaust vent at the back of the tatami room, so it may be more comfortable near the entrance. If possible, I recommend a semi-private room near the entrance.
