A specialty of Yahiko, Squid Menchi. Yoshidaya's Squid Menchi is 15cm and extra large. A traditional dish that has continued for over 30 years. Since the squid is minced and fried, it is delicious with sauce as well as soy sauce.
Ikamenchi made with the brand edamame 'Yahiko Musume' from Yahiko Village. You might think it's a menchi katsu with squid and edamame, but the texture of the squid and the sweetness of Yahiko Musume are a perfect match!
