This hidden motsunabe restaurant in Shinagawa offers a tranquil drinking experience. Each visit brings a different selection of fresh recommended dishes, and the freshness of the sashimi, especially the yellowtail and tuna, is astonishing. The interior is clean and has a counter and tables, as well as a tatami room in the back. For lunch, there are three main options: grilled beef, simmered offal, and simmered sinew, all of which are very appetizing. The beef grilled from the chuck is tender and very delicious. The simmered offal comes in a rich soup, allowing you to enjoy the chewy textures of the shima-chou, kopuchan, and gialla. The set meal includes miso soup, salad, small side dishes, and pickles, and the addition of fish balls in the miso soup is delightful. You can choose the amount of rice, which is served generously, and it's nice to have the option of hot or cold tea.
