Bistro Lumière is a hidden gem located in a quiet corner of Ryogoku. The dishes made with ingredients from Hida Takayama and completely organic vegetables are unique delights that attract visitors. In particular, the grilled Hida beef and organic vegetables are enhanced by an original dressing that brings out their flavors even more. Enjoying a cozy atmosphere while finding your favorite glass from a rich wine list is also one of the pleasures of this bistro.

Located within walking distance from Ryogoku Station on the Toei Oedo Line, this place has a small and calming atmosphere. There are counters and tables, making it easy to relax even if you're alone. The hamburger made only with beef is served in a hot dish, with cheese melting and the flavor of the meat spreading with each bite. The accompanying organic and pesticide-free vegetables have a good crunch and pair well with the seasoning. It's also nice that you can choose between rice or baguette as your staple food. The 'Hokusai Red Fuji Plate' features a presentation finished with heated pellets, making it enjoyable both visually and audibly.
