NZ Wakanu Lamb Chop ¥990~ Using the high-end brand lamb 'Wakanu' from Canterbury, South Island, New Zealand. We provide the best quality throughout the year by aging and rapidly freezing lamb that has been raised only on grass during its peak season. Cooked at a low temperature of 51.3° for over 5 hours to achieve a moist and juicy finish, we carefully sear the surface after ordering to lock in the flavor. This dish has little odor and is something we highly recommend even for those who are not fond of lamb.
