A place to enjoy fragrant soba and heartwarming service

At Handmade Soba Restaurant Iizuna, the appeal lies in the rich aroma and texture of their 100% buckwheat soba. The interior features a calm atmosphere with piano jazz playing, allowing for a relaxing experience. The tempura made with local ingredients from Nagano is also exquisite. With pleasant service and new discoveries to be made with each visit, it's a wonderful establishment.

Surrounded by nature, the calm atmosphere allows you to relax as soon as you take your seat. The interior has a vintage feel, with both chair seating and tatami mats, making it comfortable to spend time. The 100% buckwheat soba has a wonderful aroma and a firm texture, making it very delicious. The coarsely ground soba enhances its flavor when enjoyed with salt, and the tempura of wild vegetables served alongside was perfectly fried and satisfying. The soba dumplings, pickles, and apple dessert that come out first are also a thoughtful touch. It's easy to park your car, and there's a bus stop right in front, making it convenient to stop by.

The tempura is outstanding! The dipping sauce is slightly spicy and delicious.
