The menu is extensive, and it's fun to choose dishes other than okonomiyaki. My top recommendation, Douyama-yaki, features layers of pork, squid, shrimp, cheese, and egg, all harmonized with the refreshing aroma of shiso, making it light and enjoyable until the last bite. The yakisoba has thick noodles that are chewy, and the fragrant sauce makes you keep reaching for more. The dish wrapped in deep-fried tofu with hanpen has a rich flavor from the green onion miso and an interesting texture. Additionally, the gyoza is full of meat juice and has a refreshing aftertaste. The pleasant scent of the oshibori, attentive service, and the bright izakaya-like atmosphere made for a comfortable experience until the last refreshing bite.
