This is a honjozo sake from Kawatsuru Brewery, served with soda or on the rocks. It is a light and easy-to-drink sake, reminiscent of yogurt or Calpis. By using about three times the usual amount of koji, it achieves a sweet and tangy flavor that is even more refreshing on the rocks.
