As I pass through the noren (fabric curtain), I am greeted with bright service after a cheerful signal, which lifts my spirits. The clean interior allows me to see the handmade workspace, which is exciting. The noodles are chilled perfectly, slide down smoothly, and have a pleasant elasticity that feels great with each bite. The subtle aroma and pale green color are also beautiful, making the experience enjoyable. The dipping sauce has a strong dashi flavor with a moderate sweetness, and a slight bitterness enhances the flavor of the noodles. When finished with soba-yu (noodle water), it becomes creamier, providing satisfaction until the very end.

There is a parking lot, so it's easy to get there by car. You might be a little surprised by the entrance chime, but it's a fun touch. Inside, it's clean and has a calm atmosphere, allowing you to relax at the tables or on the raised seating. The thin cold soba noodles are firm and have a nice chew, releasing their aroma with each bite. The freshly fried kakiage (tempura) has a light and crispy batter that feels pleasant, and the aftertaste is refreshing. When you dilute the dipping sauce with soba-yu (hot water from cooking soba), the umami of the broth comes through smoothly, and the cheerful voices of the staff make you feel at ease.
