As I was walking down the street, the fragrant smell made me stop in my tracks. It's easy to enjoy since you can quickly take it out at the counter. The chicken thigh and tsukune (chicken meatballs) are fluffy and juicy, with the rich flavor of fat spreading throughout my mouth. The crunchy cartilage skewers have a delightful texture that makes me keep reaching for more. It seems that the lineup of skewers changes daily, so I'm excited to see what I will encounter next. Even when reheated at home, the aroma of charcoal remains strong, making it a very satisfying yakitori.
