While walking through Omicho Market, I was drawn in by the wonderful aroma of oysters. The plump oysters from Noto are packed with flavor whether eaten raw or grilled, and I was truly impressed. The fun of timing the grilling with an hourglass added to the experience, and I was excited at the moment of opening the shells. A little squeeze of lemon enhanced the rich sweetness, making me want to have seconds. The clam chowder also contained large oysters, which paired perfectly with the sweetness of the vegetables. Thanks to the bright and friendly staff, it turned out to be a delightful dining experience, perfect for a break at the market.
