Located on a high floor of the hotel, the view in front of me is open and feels great. They carefully grill in front of me, and the quality of the seasonal ingredients is clearly conveyed. The fish is tender, with a nicely charred surface that makes me want to keep eating. The Kaga vegetables are also fragrant, and the crispiness of the lotus root particularly stands out. The steak is juicy and pairs well with rice, and the garlic-scented rice is irresistible. The atmosphere is calm and bright, allowing for a relaxed experience, and I am satisfied all the way to the last dessert.
