A sushi restaurant with warm hospitality and fresh ingredients

Fukusushi is an establishment known for its warm and friendly service from the chef. You can enjoy fresh ingredients every time you visit, with particularly popular options being the fresh anago (conger eel) and squid nigiri. The restaurant offers an impressive selection of exceptionally fresh fish, which is quite rare in the local Hamamatsu area, along with a variety of delicious side dishes. Their unique tamagoyaki (Japanese omelette) and other creative dishes are also highly praised.

Sitting at the counter, the cheerful interactions between the chef and the proprietress are pleasant, allowing you to relax immediately. The display case is lined with fresh fish, and just by looking at their colors and luster, your expectations rise. The aroma of the grilled anago (conger eel) and the melt-in-your-mouth Ooma tuna were particularly impressive. The thick omelet with sea urchin and seaweed is fluffy and has a unique flavor that you can only find here. There are also transparent nigiri made with live squid and a variety of side dishes, so you can be satisfied no matter what you choose. The friendly conversation between the two and their meticulous work combine to make it a place where you tend to linger longer.
