The fragrant, thinly cut new soba has a strong chewiness that pairs perfectly with the refreshing broth. Dishes like large shrimp tempura and dashi-maki tamago are exquisite, and the warm hospitality shines through.

Located in a quiet corner along the main road, it is easy to access by car. The interior has a traditional atmosphere, and upon entering, I was shown to a table. The handmade thin soba noodles have a firm texture, a pleasant aroma, and pair well with the dipping sauce. I chose the set with tempura rice bowl, and the freshly fried tempura was crispy and satisfying. The large shrimp tempura was also impressive, and the portion size was enjoyable. There are various side dishes available, and I feel that pairing them with sake would be a good idea.
