When you sit at the counter, the friendly chef warmly welcomes you. The interior, with its wooden warmth, has a nostalgic atmosphere, typical of a long-established restaurant. The sushi is thickly topped, allowing you to fully enjoy the delicious flavors of Hokkaido, such as tuna and scallops. I was particularly impressed by the fluffy simmered eel and the crisp cucumber. The seasonal fish and white fish are also fresh, and they pair excellently with the rich aroma of seaweed. I was able to enjoy a pleasant time, savoring each piece of sushi while chatting with the chef.
