Yakitori tan

The main feature of 'Yakitori tan' is the 'teppanyaki yakitori' that is grilled on a hot plate instead of being skewered. This style traps the juicy meat juices, maximizing the flavor of the meat. Additionally, we offer a variety of dishes, including the famous Ehime specialty 'senzan-gi' and 'tataki' made with local Satsuma chicken.

The interior has a calm atmosphere based on brown, with counter seats, table seats, and sunken kotatsu seats available. Each seat is comfortable, accommodating everything from solo dining to large groups. Since all seats are smoking allowed, it creates a space where you can relax and enjoy your meal.

"Yakitori tan" is a restaurant that opened in August 2016, where the owner is dedicated to recreating the flavors of Imabari City in Ehime Prefecture on Miyako Island. The restaurant primarily focuses on grilled yakitori and offers dishes that incorporate local Ehime cuisine, emphasizing the use of local ingredients and seasonings. They also put effort into pairing their dishes with awamori and sake, pursuing the perfect harmony between food and drink.
