This is a shop located within Kameido Tenjin, and the atmosphere is very special. After passing through the entrance, hallway, and stairs, there are private rooms and tatami seating close to the garden, which is very calming. The waitstaff move briskly, and the timing of the dishes being served is pleasant. The kaiseki cuisine features elegant simmered and grilled dishes, and the specialty, ume tororo, has a wonderful aroma that pairs well with rice. I bought a tamagoyaki as a souvenir, and its moderate sweetness and dashi flavor spread pleasantly, with a stylish branding stamp. I also enjoyed seasonal bento and yuba simmered dishes, making for a unique experience that can only be had on the temple grounds.
