This is a specialty store for black-haired wagyu beef, and the flavor of the meat is outstanding. In particular, Saga beef has a melting texture, and when dipped in egg, its umami is further enhanced. The ingredients for sukiyaki are also carefully selected, with a good balance of tofu, long green onions, and shirataki noodles. The grilled meat has a pleasant charcoal aroma, and it's enjoyable to slowly grill thick slices of tongue, sirloin, and short ribs. It's nice that you can choose your own pan and that rice and miso soup can be refilled. The staff's service is gentle, and I was able to enjoy delicious meat dishes in a relaxed atmosphere.
