Upon entering the restaurant, there is a table with an irori (traditional Japanese hearth), creating a cozy atmosphere. The grilled beef tongue rice bowl I ordered has a fragrance reminiscent of charcoal, and the melting fat is irresistible. The well-cooked white rice enhances the sweetness of the meat, while the chopped green onions and seaweed provide a nice accent. When a sweet soy sauce is drizzled over it, the aroma spreads pleasantly, and squeezing lemon halfway through adds a refreshing touch. The complimentary miso soup served after the meal is a comforting kindness. Thanks to the owner's gentle service and thoughtful warm tea, I was able to enjoy my meal pleasantly until the end.
