The atmosphere of the quaint street-side Chinese restaurant is nice, and it feels rooted in the local community. The tanmen has a mild salty soup with rich flavor, and I’m happy that it’s packed with vegetables. The noodles are cooked just right, making them easy to eat. The curry is mildly spicy, and the thick roux reminds me of school lunches, making it addictive. The ginger pork is simply made with pork belly and onions, and the sweet and salty seasoning makes the rice go down easily. The staff greets you energetically, and the restaurant has a lively atmosphere.
