Located on the 8th floor of the Entetsu Department Store, Ding's by Din Tai Fung offers a delightful experience of authentic Taiwanese dishes. The xiaolongbao, in particular, is enhanced by the flavors of ginger and genuine chili oil. Additionally, the appetizers featuring tofu and shrimp, as well as the braised pork rice, allow you to savor the tastes of Taiwan. Paired with warm oolong tea, it provides a highly satisfying dining experience.
