This is a long-established Indian-Pakistani restaurant, and the biryani is very impressive. The basmati rice is rich in spices and has a light texture. The chicken biryani, which includes bone-in chicken, has just the right amount of salt and a noticeable spiciness. When you add raita, the flavor softens, and the staff teaches you how to enjoy it with curry, making it a fun experience. The naan is also larger, and the cheese naan is very satisfying. I also heard that the style of biryani has spread in this city, which made me like it even more.
