The olfactory is working overtime, noting the distinct sweet citrus, delicate flowery herbal and complex citrus spice aromas and flavors of this lager. Smooth soft light malt, finishes very dry and clean with an orange zest bitterness. Perhaps our ultimate patio brew.
We've got a fever – And there is only one cure: a lusciously creamy, slightly sweet Stout that sits atop a roast malt base and huge cocoa infusion that will rock all night long.
The redefinition of the session IPA. Orange zest, pine resin and tropical lupulin beauty that easily rivals much bigger IPAs, with a substantially full, soft malt body that compliments but doesn't interfere with the hop attack. When you want the push, weight, and attack of a much heavier (I)IPA but need to be productive tomorrow – One of our proudest accomplishments.
Crank the Hops to the point right before tastebuds bleed with a PNW / Aussie blend. Super smooth malt base, pine resin, bright tangerine and pineapple hop flavor and aromatics. At 105 IBU's, "Half-Stack" is a relative term – As we like to say, "If it's too hoppy, you're too old!"
The Original in Our "Kim" Line-up – Refreshingly tart and infused with hibiscus for a pleasing round herbal flavor and gorgeous pink hue. Blackcurrants are also added to give a complementary deep fruit flavor and aroma. Wheat malt provides a sweet and dry template and finally we ferment using our house lager yeast for an exceptional clean and dry finish.
Some cat from japan suggested we do an IPA that is J-U-I-C-Y. So we packed up a pack horse and made it happen! Soft doughy and slightly tangy malt lies under bright citrus, round tropical fruit and mild pine resin hop aromatics that underscore the waves of flavors to come.
Far away across the field there is a golden IIPA with a tropical / bright citrus / mild pine and smooth / soft lightly sweet malt that will take you home home again.
Subtle Is Beautiful. This new year-round pilsner is brewed with a unique combination of New Zealand, Czech and PNW hops and the absolute finest European malt. Finely detailed, refined, crisp, dry.
There's good reason IPAs are the favorite child of us Beersmiths; so many new hop varieties are becoming available annually and we love digging through these options hunting for great original lupulin expression. JS IIPA is brewed exclusively with a variety of these newfangled flowers for a unique spin on the tropical stone fruit / bright citrus / dank resin profile that is our trademark.

HEY Y'ALL!: Let's grow a big, bushy beard; Let's get (insert multiple number) piercings; Sleeves; Drink an ale that's got that PNW hop and malt attitude; And let's color our hair mahogany.

You Might Expect a giant of a brew like this one to trash your palate like a band might a hotel room at 3am. But no, this IIIPA is smooth, soft and downright finessed (even at 155 IBUs!). Stone fruit / tropical / dank and even bright citrus make their presence known over a clean malt canvas. It's what you'd be drinking up in First Class.
In collaboration with NIKE (yes that NIKE), we've created a session IPA that honors all the athletes that partake in the NYC Marathon. A true reward for this incredible achievement – MILES is unique in that it is primarily late-hopped for ultra smoothness (thus the IBUs on this beer are 26.2, see what we did there?). It is also double dry-hopped, using a proprietary hop oil we created. This latest batch was brewed to honor the Boston Marathon and will be available throughout Bean Town.
Who doesn't like double dry-hopping? Especially when you're using a newfangled hop variety known for a pure and easy combination of rich stone fruit and dank? It's 5:15 somewhere.

The redefinition of the session IPA. Orange zest, pine resin and tropical lupulin crunch that easily rivals much bigger IPAs, with a substantially full, soft malt body that compliments but doesn't interfere with the hop attack. One of our proudest accomplishments.
The bar just got raised. 18-WATT, the Session IPA that raised expectation on what a 5% ABV brew could be just got even more intense with a second dry-hop for just plain MOAR.
How would you like a nice Hawaiian fruit punch, with an added complexity of dark red candy / black cherry with an overtone of herbacious green resin? All delivered in this soft, creamy rounded smooth luscious beauty of an IPA? We thought so.
What exactly is stone fruit? For anyone that has wondered that, we offer this beer as the answer. Intense peach (the "stone" refers to the pit) & papaya notes, as well as pineapple and bright citrus aromatics meld with full, soft mouthfeel, delicious balance for an incredibly smooth experience. This version goes even further with a second dry hop for added Harry. As far as what a Wonderwall is, well that's anyone's guess.
The beauty of a lager is it creates a clean dry brew that allows hops to shine – in this case a citrus / lemon / tropical dank mix all expressed with a soft, mildly sweet and super smooth biscuit malt canvas.

We love the session IPA, and it occurred to us that we currently only offer our 18-WATT IPA currently as a permanent offering in this category. Well, no more! JIWH features all PNW hop varieties (think classic citrus/pine/resin) delivered with present malt smoothness – punching much harder than it's weight class would suggest.
Far away across the field there is a golden IIPA with a tropical / bright citrus / mild pine and spice with smooth / soft lightly sweet malt that will take you home home again. This version has two ginormous dry-hop additions. (This is the beer formally known as double dry-hopped softly spoken magic spells IIPA).

If you want more hops, you got it! So it seems there are quite a few fans of our "BON" TNTPA out there (ourselves included). So why not make it a whole lotta BON with an Imperial version? Well that's just what we did – Smooth gentle and soft light malt gives way to a massive and unique bright citrus / juicy tropical + stone fruit signature that overwhelms the palette, but finishes dry and pleasingly. But why stop there? This version adds a second mondo dry hop.

This is an IPA that takes a building in a manner that our 420 fore-fathers were very used to – Herbal dank resin galore intertwined with a liberal helping of pineapple / stone fruit and mild spice / citrus finish. Smooth, soft malt won't put a bustle in your hedgerow, so don't be alarmed now.
Mountains come out of the sky for the premiere of this IIPA: Straight up apricot + dankness + citrus sweetness. Triple dry-hopped. Brewed with a unique Oregon honey for added dimension. This brew will make you out 'n' out.
We did it this way: Smooth hop delivery via pushing the amount of hop additions. Reassuring bitterness that serves to provide balance, get out of the way you toothless IPAs. Kamikaze flavor and aroma comprised of saturated citrus/tropical/stone fruit. We pushed, so it's got the best.
This IPA dive bombs into lupulin glory with smooth and balanced tropical and stone fruit hops aplenty. And pitch shifts with some good 'ol signature SingleCut dank weed to further bend your palate.
A kooler kolsch – Our take on this venerable style starts with a clean, classic canvas and adds sweet honey and milk sugar, delicious fresh ginger and finally Valencia lemons. An absolute delight to be savored on the sunniest of days.
Let's take a juicy IIPA and ferment it with a wild yeast that adds even more fruity / tropical dimension. And then double dry-hop it using varieties known to impart fruity / tropical flavors and aromas. Are you sensing a theme here?
We're always exploring the wide world of hops that exists and is constantly evolving. This IPA combines a new variety from Australia that provides soft tropical fruit with some good 'ol PNW hops that add bright citrus. That sure doesn't sound like anarchy to us.
This mesmerizing display of citrus and fruit-forward hops explode off a soft subtle malt base, finishing clean with bright refreshment, and a touch of milk sugar for ultimate smoothness. Bet you can't have just one.

Weird & gilly's big brother! Smooth, juicy tropical/stone fruit with a touch of our signature dank weed. Mega dry-hopped because the Spiders demanded it. (Formerly Cold Fire).
December 8th will live forever not only as the Anniversary for our brewery, but also for the day the world lost John Lennon. We wish to honor both in a celebration of peace, love, unity, hope and truth.
Weird & Gilly now has a slightly bigger brother. Double dry-hopped, smooth, luscious and a chip off the old block, but have we made it too far? Nah!
