The skewers are beautifully arranged on ice in the glass case in front of the counter, which is exciting. The classic negima, chicken skin, and chicken breast are all rich in flavor and satisfying. The unique lotus root tempura and butter hash browns on skewers are also fun, and I appreciate the variety in taste. The beef shabu is rare, and the thick chicken wings and bacon-wrapped tomatoes are impressively delicious. The well-chilled beer and the sake recommended by the staff go down smoothly. The grilled rice balls are fragrant, and I particularly liked them.
