A vintage Burgundy wine that has reached its drinking peak!
Burgundy Côte de Beaune France / Pinot Noir 'Les Vergelesses' has clayey soil, and as Nicolai says 'Petit Corton', it is rich in tannins and suitable for aging.
Burgundy Côte de Beaune France / Pinot Noir 'Il de Vergelesses' features a soil composition of 60% limestone and 40% white soil, characterized by wonderful finesse and strong fruity and floral aromatic flavors. This Il de Vergelesses wine, made from 60-year-old vines, has a rich and silky fruitiness that stands out, complemented by the spiciness brought by the Pernand terroir.

France/Burgundy 2005 This is the finest Vosne-Romanée Premier Cru!! The vineyard called 'Marconsol' is located right next to the highest peaks of Burgundy, including 'Romanée-Conti' and 'La Tâche'. The year 2005 is an outstanding vintage.
Cahors region, southwestern France 2012 Malbec 100% winery produces an incredibly delicious Cahors!! It's not just a thick Cahors or merely a Malbec wine; it is a shocking wine filled with overwhelming umami and concentrated fruitiness!! To put it plainly, it's quite delicious!! The taste is truly eye-opening.
France/Rhône 2013 Grenache 40%, Mourvèdre 20%, Carignan 20%, Syrah 15%, Cinsault 5%
80-year-old Grenache 60%, Syrah 27%, Mourvèdre 10%, other white grapes 3% facing Place de la Concorde, an ultra-luxurious five-star hotel [Hôtel de Crillon]. A prestigious ultra-luxurious hotel where Marie Antoinette and Emperor Showa are said to have stayed, the sommelier of this hotel personally requested, 'I want you to somehow obtain AOC certification to handle this at our hotel!!' for this ultra-rare and ultra-unknown monster Cinderella that is not available to the public.
Spain/Murcia Region Jumilla 2011 Monastrell 100% Juicy fruit flavors spread throughout the mouth, with a sweet and toasty nuance felt from the mid-palate, and fine, abundant tannins, along with vibrant acidity, enriching the taste.
Spain/Karinena 2007 Garnacha 40%, Syrah 30% is certified by professionals, and you can clearly feel the minerals in this bottle. Over time, the sweetness of the fruit blends beautifully with the creaminess of the barrel, exuding a sense of luxury.
Spain/Calatayud 2010 Garnacha 100% Full-bodied black raspberry, truffle, kirsch, lavender, and very aromatic. When tasted, it spreads a wonderful volume in the mouth, and over time its character changes. It is very good value for this price.
Italy/Abruzzo 2011 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo full-bodied. In particular, this 'Farnese' symbol, 'Casale Vecchio', typically produces 8 bunches of grapes from one vine, but is limited to just 2 bunches!! This creates a more concentrated flavor and depth.
Italy/Tuscany 2009 Merlot 50%, Sangiovese 35%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15% Full-bodied and tannic This is the second! This wine 'Luce', created by ambitious individuals from America and Italy, has been well-received. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is a superb second wine, truly a 'genuine Opus Two!!'
2009 can be said to be a year when the quality of grapes harvested in Italy/Tuscany was overall very good. The grapes at harvest were transported to the cantina while maintaining a good balance of acidity and complex aromas, having ripened well. Luce 2009 has a concentrated ruby color. The enchanting aroma shows deep layers, with notes of blueberry, cherry, and prune fruit, followed by spices like green pepper and nutmeg, along with scents of licorice and star anise. Accompanied by mint and fresh almond aromas, it concludes with sweet milk chocolate and the fragrance of Lebanese cedar. The taste is rounded, with a strong mineral presence, and dense, smooth tannins supported by firm alcohol. It leaves a harmonious and lingering flavor.
Italy/Tuscany 2006 Sangiovese 50%, Merlot 50% (the blend ratio varies by year) full-bodied and tannic, an excellent vintage! As you may know, the 2006 vintage of wine from the Tuscany region of Italy is remarkable. As you may know, 'Luce' was created by ambitious individuals from America and Italy, and it would not be an exaggeration to say it is a 'genuine Opus Two.' Previously, when the 1993 vintage was completely purchased by the top Italian restaurant 'Enoteca Pinchiorri' and appeared at their Ginza location, it fetched a high price of 80,000 yen, making a significant impact in the wine industry. Remembering such events, this 2006 vintage is truly a bargain! Moreover, since it is an excellent vintage, its deliciousness is guaranteed!!
