A local dish from the Uonuma region called 'Kirizai'. Ingredients such as Nozawana, takuan, and nameko are finely chopped and mixed with natto, served on top of premium rice! The rice is Koshihikari from Minami Uonuma, and we offer a large serving! Additionally, we use the local specialty 'Dairiki Natto', and we provide 'local specialty Kagura Nanban Miso' as a condiment, which is recommended as a substitute for soy sauce! This is a set meal where you can enjoy the famous Echigo dish 'Kenchin Soup' to your heart's content! The main feature is the Kenchin Soup filled with plenty of ingredients such as tofu, daikon, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, and chicken!
