This is an izakaya located next to a drugstore in Shinko Town, away from the city center. The interior features a counter and a sunken kotatsu private room, making it a comfortable place to relax. The staff are bright and energetic, ensuring a pleasant experience. The menu is extensive, including Hakata beef offal hot pot and grilled local chicken thigh, as well as various types of sushi. The sushi is impressive, piled high with salmon roe, negitoro, and crab on top of cucumber rolls, making for a visually striking presentation. You can also enjoy skewers, sashimi, and creamy almond tofu, and even the appetizer of simmered butterbur is delicious.
