This 8-course menu uses seasonal ingredients. The chef's skill and attention to detail expresses dishes based on traditional Italian cuisine, actively using ingredients from the Chugoku region, including his hometown of Hiroshima. Please take your time and enjoy the gems backed by tradition.
This course is offered only at lunch time. Stuzzchino, 2 antipasto, carne, pasta, dolce...you can enjoy all 6 dishes from noon. Although the menu may differ from the dinner course, RistoranteCarlotta's cuisine will be served at noon with the same quality as the dinner course.
We sincerely apologize, but we primarily operate with course meals, so we do not have an à la carte menu prepared. Please understand that we cannot accommodate dining with à la carte options.
We prepare a wine pairing of 40ml each for seven glasses to match the eight-course meal that is updated every month. The total amount is approximately three glasses. *Please note that the price may vary slightly depending on the brands used, as the wine pairing is determined each time the course meal changes. We will have the information about the provided wines ready for you upon your visit. Additionally, pairings can also be ordered individually. If you have any concerns regarding the amount of alcohol, we will discuss this with you during your visit.

We offer a variety of teas based on different types of tea, infused with the aromas of fruit purees, herbs, and spices, for those who cannot drink alcohol. You can enjoy a non-alcoholic experience similar to that of your companions who are enjoying wine pairing. If you have any dislikes regarding certain fruits in tea pairing, please feel free to consult us.
