The calm interior centered around the counter is very comfortable. The owner is friendly, creating a warm atmosphere where conversation flows easily. The chirashi sushi and nigiri showcase meticulous craftsmanship, with a perfect balance between the toppings and rice. The grilled fish, rich in fat, is tender, and the crispy skin adds to the enjoyment. Even the miso soup and appetizers are delicious, pairing well with sake. I was also very satisfied with the way the sashimi was served on top of vinegared rice.
