Add eggplant, bacon, and celery to the basic peperoncino with garlic, chili pepper, and olive oil, stir-fry, and finally squeeze a lemon tightly! It's a simple and refreshing pasta!
A happy deliciousness that makes your brain juices flow with the umami of 'mushrooms', 'walnuts', and 'bacon'!
Homemade meatballs 400g, noodles 260g, generous portion of tomato sauce pasta for two to share, just the right amount for two people to eat (longer cooking time)
A fragrant and spicy curry made with spices ground from seeds, topped with seasonal vegetables, currently featuring eggplant and okra!
A perennial favorite menu item since the opening of the store, featuring mash, shimeji, shiitake mushrooms, walnuts, and fragrant bacon on fresh pasta.
This is a must-have in the summer!
Tomatoes and avocados are cut just before serving, tossed with tomato and onion sauce.
Vanilla ice cream topped with a shot of hot espresso.
Apple compote served with vanilla ice cream and cream, sprinkled with cinnamon.
In response to the popularity of my wife's homemade drink series, I was looking for an easy and delicious drink that even men could make (lol). The conclusion I arrived at was a cocktail drink with a refreshing rum base using freshly picked mint and fresh lime watered every morning in the garden. There is also a non-alcoholic version using brown sugar instead of rum! I replant some of the picked mint to manage and ensure it doesn't decrease! I wonder how long I can keep enjoying it~♪♪
An elderly man who loves motorcycles came to the forest cafe hideout for a cup of coffee. He was initially excited about motorcycles, which caught his eye in front of the store, and gradually the conversation turned to the fact that he is a farmer producing organic New Summer oranges. He ended up giving me a whole container of them, so I made a homemade drink. 😆
Every June, we harvest plums at my wife's family's home in a street in Minami Izu and make them into juice.
Every time, even though the recipe remains the same when simmering at first, it is necessary to go through the process of 'adding and subtracting' because the quality of the ginger purchased varies slightly with each batch. That is the true charm of a gift from nature!
