The bread made from rice flour is the main attraction, with a fluffy and chewy texture that is delicious. The triangular 'onigiri bread' has clear markings for the filling, making it easy to identify, and it's fun to distinguish them by seaweed or sesame. The nozawana has a crisp texture, and the seasoning is just right, making it easy to eat. The bread with red bean paste and whipped cream or custard has a good blend of cream, providing a sense of satisfaction. You can enjoy it slowly with coffee in the café inside, and it has a cozy atmosphere. The shop is stylish, and even though the sizes are small, the fillings are substantial and satisfying.
