The salad dressing was fragrant, and my mood lifted from the first bite. The keema curry had a fruity aroma and sweetness at first, followed by a gradual spiciness that spread. I was happy that I could choose the level of spiciness to my liking. The freshly baked naan was large with a subtle sweetness, and the surface was crispy, making it hard to stop eating. The option to have a second helping of naan or rice also increased my satisfaction. The biryani featured chunky chicken and cashews, which were impressive, and the tandoori chicken paired perfectly.
